Has anyone noticed how much medication management has changed?
I was reading recently about how healthcare providers are putting more focus on medication management, especially for people who take several prescriptions every day. It seems that simple things like reminders, better communication between doctors and pharmacists, and digital health apps can make a real difference in helping patients follow their treatment plans. I'm curious whether anyone here has had experience with these tools or if they still prefer the traditional approach. It would be interesting to hear what has worked well for others.

I've been loving this Pineapple Pro Greens by Base Pro Nutrition. The flavor to me is outstanding and I can be picky. I am also guilty of doubling the suggested serving amount as I like it strong. It almost feels like cheating because of the flavour, its like a really good pineapple drink from the fridge section of the supermarket.
